Booking

Booking can be done online via our website, or by contacting us via phone or email. When in doubt, give us a call or text us at 518-387-9090! We will be happy to work with you on custom bookings and large orders.

Delivery and Pickup

We deliver units in the morning; usually between 7am and 1pm and will let you know a rough delivery estimate prior to your event. Some earlier or later deliveries may be necessary at times.

We start pickups after 6pm but often leave them overnight and pickup the next morning.

These general delivery and pickup times allow us to plan our routes efficiently and make sure all our customer receive their rentals for as many hours as possible. While we usually need someone on site to accept delivery and sign-off, we do also offer contactless delivery if coordinated ahead of time with completed payment.

If you need a specific pickup and/or delivery time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Please understand that this may result in an extra fee, as it can affect all of our other stops for that day and require extra time and planning. Always feel free to call us prior to, or after your booking to discuss your needs and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you! We understand certain events, especially those at venues, will require some extra coordination and we will try our best to provide this without the extra fees whenever possible.

Rental Lengths

Our rentals are for the day, not by the hour, and the exact length is determined by our delivery/pickup schedule but are almost always over 8 hours. If you have specific needs/requests, let us know. Sometimes we will even ask if we can deliver the day prior and/or leave the unit overnight! Please understand that even if you do not need the Bounce House for a full day, we do not offer discounts for shorter rentals. A 2 hour rental takes as much, or sometimes more, effort on our part as an 8 hour rental does.

Requirements

First thing you need is a clean and clear accessible space that's big enough for your rental - either grass or pavement (or indoors) and fairly flat and level. Dimensions can be found for each individual product on their respective pages. Please note, we use 18" stakes for grass surfaces. If for some reason, stakes cannot be used, please let us know ahead of time, as we will need to bring sandbags with us. Sandbags will result in a $25 hard surface fee, as they are heavy and properly securing an inflatable requires a lot of them!

Next thing you need is adequate power to run a large blower (10+ amp draw), located reasonably close to where you'd like the bounce house. If you don't have somewhere to plug the blower into, please check out our Generator Rentals.

-WATERSLIDES REQUIRE A HOSE THAT CAN REACH THE UNIT

Lastly, you need an adult to monitor the house at all times when it is in use by children.

Deposits and Payments

We only ask for a $1 deposit to secure your rental!

Payments in full can be made at any time but are due upon delivery and are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled ahead of time will be able to apply any payments made towards future bookings. We accept card payments via Square and CASH. If you'd like to pay your balance prior to delivery, we include payment links in our automated email communications to you. AGAIN - ANY PAYMENTS MADE PRIOR ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE USED FOR A RAIN CHECK IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.

Insurance

Yes, we are a fully insured LLC. We can provide a certificate of insurance when needed. With the exception of PUBLIC ENTITIES (ie local governments, schools etc) we cannot generally add any "additional insured" to our policy as it is very cost prohibitive, unless you choose to pay for it. For major events and larger rentals we may be able to make an exception for adding private organizations to our insurance.

Cleaning

Our units are cleaned after every use both for disinfection purposes and for looks. Our Modern Bounce houses, especially, require a lot of care to keep them looking nice. Please take care not to have anything in or around the houses that could result in permanent staining or damage. Check out our rules page if you think anything at your party may conflict with this. That isn't to say we don't expect them to get dirty, we want you to have lots of worry-free fun! With that, it means that even our modern units are not always going to look brand new as we expect people to use them for what they were made for, lots of bouncing! We promise to keep everything clean and looking as good as is possible every rental!
